Job Description

• Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal facility performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures in line with industry best practices.
• Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Support project teams during renovations, upgrades, or new installations by providing technical input.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions to restore operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical,  Engineering or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in maintenance engineering within the real estate, construction, or facilities management sectors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
