Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of injection molding and extrusion machines.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC-related issues and other critical machine faults.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in maintenance within the plastic manufacturing industry (PVC/CPVC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and extrusion technologies.
• Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, electrical panels, drives, sensors, and other automation components.
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
