Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Heads of Sales to lead our business growth in the FMCG and Consumer Electronics sectors. The ideal candidates should be a European or UK or South African National, with fluency in English and a proven track record in their respective industries. While GCC experience is not mandatory, deep category expertise is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales pipeline management and business development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align business goals.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and present to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a recognized European or UK or South African National.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of progressive sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in FMCG or Consumer Electronics.
  • Proven expertise in one of the two categories (FMCG or Consumer Electronics).
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and market awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • GCC experience is an advantage but not required.
