Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Heads of Sales to lead our business growth in the FMCG and Consumer Electronics sectors. The ideal candidates should be a European or UK or South African National, with fluency in English and a proven track record in their respective industries. While GCC experience is not mandatory, deep category expertise is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales pipeline management and business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align business goals.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and present to senior management.
