Qualifications

• 10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Team management skills
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitors the servicing, maintance and installing of rotating machinery
• Ensures timely commissioning of new and overhauled equipment's.
• Provides technical guidance during trouble shooting of equipment's.
• Monitors the testing and tuning of rotating equipment to ensure system optimization
• Monitors the mechanical and electrical installation of the rotating equipment.
• Monitors the work executed by contractors if any work is outsourced
• Manages the workforce distribution and scheduling.
• Monitors records and reports installation man-hours to head of job and ensures compliance with the allocated budget.
• Monitor staff on dimensions including time management, quality of work etc so that respective functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the performance of staff on an on-going basis, conduct performance reviews of agreed goals and competencies and ensure that all staff are working towards an individual development plan.
