Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO/IEC standards, ensuring product, process, and supplier quality while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


The role involves:

  • QMS & Audits – Maintain QMS compliance, lead internal/external audits, and close non-conformities.
  • Audits - Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external quality audits (ISO, customer, supplier). Lead audit preparation, corrective actions, and continuous monitoring to close non-conformities.
  • Quality KPIs – Define, track, and report performance indicators such as defect rates, customer complaints, and supplier performance.
  • Non-Conformity & Supplier Quality – Manage investigations, corrective actions, supplier quality programs, and performance improvements.
  • Supplier Quality - Develop and manage supplier quality assurance programs, including incoming material inspections, supplier audits, and performance evaluations. Support in supplier quality development and improvement.
  • Process & Product Quality Control – Implement in-process inspections, final product testing, and outgoing quality checks to meet IEC and customer standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction – Handle feedback and complaints, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
  • Incoming Material Quality – Oversee inspection and verification processes for incoming materials.
  • Quality Training – Deliver “Quality School” programs to build awareness and skills among Blue Collar teams.


Needed Qualifications and skills:

  • Education – BSc in Electrical Engineering is a MUST.
  • Experience – 10+ years in manufacturing (Electric Power Products / Automotive Industry), including 5 years as a Quality Manager.
  • Certifications – ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (preferred), Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge – IEC standards, product testing norms, quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, MSA), ERP/QMS systems.
  • Core Competencies – Leadership, communication, problem-solving, project management, data analysis (DMAIC), team development, stakeholder management.
  • Tools & Skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.
