ITS A FULLTIME ONSITE JOB, NOT A REMOTE ROLE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform system configuration, workflow automation, and plugin development.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
• Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 customization, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL is highly desirable.
• Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written), with strong communication skills in English.
