We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to lead and grow our affiliate marketing program.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize the company's affiliate marketing program to achieve performance and revenue goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliate partners and influencers.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate competitive commission structures and promotional opportunities with partners.
• Analyze data to track campaign performance, ROI, and affiliate contribution to revenue.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, best practices, and competitive landscape.
• Identify and attend relevant industry events and conferences to grow affiliate networks.
• Manage affiliate tracking platforms or networks (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing.
• Proven experience with affiliate networks, platforms, and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
