Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise AI and automation projects within the HR department
- Ensure alignment between HR operations and ERP configurations
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to implement effective solutions
- Track project progress, manage risks, and report updates to management
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Solid background in HR projects, especially automation and AI tools
- Ability to manage and supervise automation and AI initiatives
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of HR workflows and technology integration
