We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Bilingual Facility Manager (Arabic and English) to oversee and direct all aspects of a Project's FM Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all services, subcontractors, and disciplines operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Lead, plan, and manage all facility management activities across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and support services.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans to optimize asset lifecycle and minimize downtime.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and communication of all operational activities.
