🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of farm operations—from land preparation and planting to crop protection and harvesting—with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and execute strategies tailored to the cultivation of herbs and medicinal plants.
• Manage and mentor on-site teams including operators, supervisors, and agronomists.
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and implement precision agriculture practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the technical, supply chain, and agronomy teams to meet production goals.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and optimize use of resources.
• Provide regular reports and maintain detailed operational records.
• Drive change and implement best practices to elevate overall farm performance.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience managing large-scale farming operations, with a strong focus on herbs and medicinal plants.
• Background in multinational or regional agribusiness environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, inspire teams, and drive performance improvements.
• Solid understanding of modern irrigation systems, mechanized farming, and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Familiarity with farm management software or digital tools is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to be based on-site in a remote area and work in field-based conditions.
