Bright Brains Information Technology is expanding its Cybersecurity practice and looking for a highly connected and business-driven Sales Manager to lead cybersecurity sales in the Middle East.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional with:
• A strong technical background in areas such as network security, cloud security, threat detection, compliance, and secure data archiving.
• Proven ability to engage and sell at the CISO and executive level, positioning advanced cybersecurity solutions that address enterprise and government challenges.
• Experience in building business pipelines from scratch and driving growth across large enterprises and government accounts.
• Exceptional market connections and relationships with senior decision-makers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive cybersecurity business growth across the Middle East.
• Leverage existing C-level relationships to open new opportunities and expand Bright Brains’ footprint.
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams to ensure successful solution positioning.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
What we’re looking for:-
• Minimum of 7+ years in cybersecurity sales with a solid technical foundation.
• Strong existing network with CISOs, CIOs, and IT decision-makers in enterprise and government sectors.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
