Job summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Agriculture Nursery Manager to lead and optimize their 10 hectare nursery that acts as the backbone of the urban landscaping company in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in nursery/plantation/farm management.
• Experience with landscaping projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning, and transplanting.
• Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
• Train, guide, and supervise nursery staff and workers.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
