Job Description:


  • Support the development and execution of consumer finance strategies, focusing on installment programs across online and offline channel
  • Assist in managing and optimizing instalment options to ensure smooth execution and seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate and supervise the team and partners to facilitate installment offers and contribute to the growth of financing solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Support and Strategy Implementation Assist implement instalment financing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Contribute to short-term and long-term plans to grow instalment usage and revenues Support. the development of new financing solutions with partners.
  • Manage Instalment Offerings.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee instalment options across online and offline platforms for easy customer access.
  • Align with BO to ensure instalment plans are competitive and attractive to customers Collaboration and Coordination.
  • Work with different teams to enhance financing solutions and ensure smooth implementation .
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders to launch and promote instalment programs.
  • Help increase customer awareness and usage of financing options Performance Monitoring, Optimization and Automation Track the performance of instalment programs and report on key metrics Identify areas for improvement to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure financing options work smoothly across digital and offline platforms


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing positions preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or a related field. A Master’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of the telecom industry, preferably in the handset business and BNPL industry.
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
  • Proven leadership capabilities including strong thought leadership, effective decision making and ability to drive for results.
  • Demonstrated the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate
  • Experience with all aspects of product development lifecycle, including planning, product management and development
  • Outstanding relationship building skills, both internally at all levels of the organization and with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure profitable contracts.
  • Customer champion with a proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of customer needs Flexible and responsive with ability to adapt to rapid change in direction or business priority.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a strong focus on client success, comfortable making decisions with limited data, structuring abstract problem statements and defining solution path for execution.
