Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Manager to join our team at JASARA PMC. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of comprehensive reports that provide vital insights into our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Reporting Frameworks: Develop and implement reporting frameworks that capture and analyze project data accurately.
• Coordinate Data Gathering: Work with project teams to gather data and reporting requirements for various stakeholders.
• Prepare Reports: Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform decision-making.
• Data Quality: Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in reporting processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improved reporting processes and technologies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on reporting needs and expectations.

• 10 Years' Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience including 3 years' experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Data Analysis Skills: Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of reporting methodologies and data visualization techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Skill Requirements: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree: Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Data Warehousing Experience: Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
• Data Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
