About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and Sales curator to source and deliver high-impact furniture solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. You’ll bridge design vision with operational excellence, ensuring projects align with client needs, budgets, and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Sales processes: space planning, product selection, vendor negotiations, and installation oversight.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to translate concepts into functional, aesthetically aligned solutions.
- Manage custom furniture design and prototyping for bespoke projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with global suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure quality compliance, and optimize costs without compromising design integrity.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects, resolving bottlenecks in logistics or production.
- Source eco-friendly materials and champion circular design practices (e.g., recyclable finishes, FSC-certified wood).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., BIFMA, LEED).
- Conduct design reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Present Sales proposals to clients, addressing technical specifications and design rationale.
- Manage post-installation feedback to refine future offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in sales, space planning, and furniture installation workflows.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp for technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of materials (e.g., upholstery, wood, metals) and manufacturing processes.
- Certifications like NCIDQ, PMP, or LEED AP are a plus.
- Leadership, client-facing communication, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing high-profile FF&E projects (attach or link).
Tools & Technologies
- Design Software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization tools.
- Project Management: Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project.
- ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle, or similar for inventory and order tracking.
