Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operation Agent based in Qesm 1st Nasser City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operation Agent will be responsible for daily operations including customer service, handling inquiries and support tickets, and managing sales activities. The role also involves working closely with the finance team to handle billing and payment issues, and using analytical skills to optimize operational processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Analytical Skills for process optimization and problem solving
- Basic Finance knowledge and experience dealing with billing and payments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
