Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieve the monthly assigned targets.
  • Identify and target potential merchants in key sectors aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Present the company’s consumer finance solutions, demonstrating value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring profitable and sustainable merchant partnerships.
  • Coordinate on boarding process, including documentation, system integration, and training for merchant staff.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition targets and ensure active merchant engagement post-on boarding.
  • Monitor merchant performance and recommend promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and merchant needs.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University/College Degree

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in merchant acquisition, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in consumer finance or payment solutions).
