Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve the monthly assigned targets.
- Identify and target potential merchants in key sectors aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
- Present the company’s consumer finance solutions, demonstrating value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring profitable and sustainable merchant partnerships.
- Coordinate on boarding process, including documentation, system integration, and training for merchant staff.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets and ensure active merchant engagement post-on boarding.
- Monitor merchant performance and recommend promotional activities to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reports.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and merchant needs.

Minimum Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in merchant acquisition, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in consumer finance or payment solutions).
