Job summary

To manage the contractual and commercial aspects and the management of a team of project specific commercial staff to provide commercial services to ensure delivery of projects from inception to completion on time and within budget, in accordance with group policies and processes.

Required Skills to be successful:

• Minimum 10 years' significant experience in Infrastructure, Retail, Residential, High Rise, and Hotel construction experience is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
