On behalf of a growing offshoring call center company, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates across the MENA region.

About the Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the professional development of employees by coordinating training programs, onboarding initiatives, and skill development activities. You will ensure smooth delivery of training operations, acting as a bridge between trainers, management, and employees to enhance performance and maintain high service standards within the call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Assist in developing training materials, guides, and documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and feedback from training sessions.
  • Ensure training programs are aligned with company standards and client requirements.
  • Track and maintain training records, reports, and evaluations.
  • Support trainers and managers with logistics, communication, and follow-up.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or administration, ideally within a call center or outsourcing/offshoring environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
