Key Responsibilities:

• Design and render 3D concepts for event spaces, exhibition stands, stages, lounges, and branded installations
• Collaborate with event producers and creative directors to develop visual proposals that align with event themes and objectives
• Create technical drawings and floor plans for production and fabrication teams
• Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and visually striking 3D designs
• Work closely with suppliers, builders, and fabricators to ensure feasibility and accuracy of designs
• Deliver photorealistic renders, mood boards, and
walkthroughs to support pitches and client presentations . Stay up to date on materials, lighting, tech integrations, and design trends in events and spatial design
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in events, exhibitions, architecture, or experiential design • Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or Blender
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to create both conceptual visuals and technical production drawings
• Solid understanding of spatial planning, scale, materials, and fabrication processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
