Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote and sell medical products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features and benefits of medical supplies.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively present technical product information.
