Responsibilities

• Mechanical / Electrical engineering background.
• Min. 10 years' experience in similar position with reputed construction / real estate companies.
• Able to manage & supervise a team of Maintenance of Mechanical / Electrical / Civil works.
• Oversees staff that installs, inspects, repairs, and maintain building systems.
• Responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and overall functionality of a building or facility.
