Qualifications

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in fleet/logistics/last-mile delivery operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using fleet management tools or delivery software
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily fleet activities and rider performance
• Develop route optimization strategies to reduce delivery time and cost
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and company policies
