Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter, located in Nasr City. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves building and maintaining a network of potential candidates, overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will maintain accurate records and stay updated on employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
