Role Overview

As a Student Success Manager (SSM), you will be the trusted guide for prospective students as they navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. This role combines consultative advising, sales, and mentorship: helping students discover their passions, align them with meaningful careers, and connect with the right academic programs at Educatly’s partner institutions. You will balance empathetic coaching with strategic enrollment goals, ensuring that every student feels supported, confident, and inspired, while driving measurable impact for Educatly and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Discovery & Engagement: Proactively connect with prospective students, building trust and curiosity around study abroad and career opportunities.
  • Consult, Advise & Inspire: Conduct academic and career assessments, guiding students to explore their identity, passions, and future pathways.
  • Bridge Purpose & Programs: Align students’ interests with practical educational options at global partner institutions, ensuring both purpose and fit.
  • Application Guidance: Support students in navigating application steps with clarity and encouragement, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain meaningful connections with students throughout their journey, from first contact to campus arrival.
  • Drive Conversions & Impact: Achieve enrollment targets while also tracking student satisfaction, confidence, and alignment between passions → careers → education.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage participation in Educatly’s platform, events, and mentor/ambassador network.
  • Feedback & Insights: Collect student feedback and share insights with internal teams to continuously improve Educatly’s offerings.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s in Counseling/Career Development is a plus).
  • Experience in student advising, career services, coaching, mentoring, or sales/consultative roles (education/recruitment preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus).
  • Proven ability to balance empathy with target-driven performance.
  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple student journeys and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort with digital tools (CRM, LMS, communication apps).
  • Passion for empowering students to discover their purpose while achieving practical study and career outcomes.
