Job Description

• Oversee the management of factory infrastructure, capable of diagnosing and repairing facility equipment.
• Proficient in the design principles and maintenance requirements of clean rooms and clean workshops, leading the implementation of workshop planning solutions.
• Resolve various issues with facility equipment to ensure continuous and stable production.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of engineering renovation projects, ensuring projects are implemented according to plan, and take full responsibility for project management, technology, quality, and safety.
• Responsible for the management of the operations and maintenance team.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Work Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance or related work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•  Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Experience coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
•  Willingness to work onsite and respond to facility emergencies as needed.
