Job Description:

• Translate customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans.

• Keep excellent communications and interactions, across the project team, stakeholders, management, and clients.

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

• Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction on all assigned projects, before, during, and after the project life cycle.

• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.

• Developing step-by-step project plans.

• Overseeing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing projects’ progress.

• Coordinating with other departments, to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible and completed.

• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Reporting and escalating to management, as needed.

• Meeting with clients to gather the project’s detailed needs and clarify its specific requirements.

• Provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

• Prepare detailed reports on purchasing trends, customer requirements and profits.

• Ensures all KPI's for customer satisfaction are achieved, including agreed service levels, quality standards and productivity.

• Collaborate with other departments (Sales & Operations Department) to manage data, operation.

• Job Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
