🔹 Motor Claims Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review motor accident claims from customers.
• Open claim files and verify required documents (police reports, accident photos, repair estimates).
• Coordinate with insurance companies, repair workshops, and assessors.
• Follow up on claim procedures until settlement or repair completion.
• Prepare regular reports on claim status and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in motor claims or insurance field is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
