Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team in Aswan, Egypt. As a GSA, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests, providing a warm and professional first impression
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Process check-outs and handle billing accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues
Skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera (preferred)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired requirements
- Multilingual skills, particularly Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions and services in Aswan (preferred)
