Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Manager with a strong background in luxury fit-out projects to lead the planning and scheduling functions across high-end developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of experience, including extensive fit-out planning exposure, and preferably has been previously approved by key clients in KSA (e.g., PIF, Royal Commissions, or high-profile developers).

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of complex luxury interior projects, with a focus on quality, resource optimization, and compliance with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Lead planning efforts across multiple fit-out packages including joinery, MEP coordination, finishing, and FF&E.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and prepare recovery plans when necessary.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to align on key milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure accurate project tracking, forecasting, and reporting including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure material and resource alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Analyze delays and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims with proper justification and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific planning and reporting protocols, especially for high-profile KSA clients.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to strategic planning and risk management discussions.
