Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, conducting market research, and managing real estate sales. The role includes negotiating sales terms, conducting property tours, and assisting clients throughout their property buying or selling processes. The consultant will also provide training to clients about market conditions and trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training clients regarding market conditions and trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
