The Role

Are you a results-obsessed Media Buyer who thrives on managing multi-platform campaigns? We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional to own our paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous optimization, with a laser focus on maximizing our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

What You'll Do (Your Impact):

  • Plan, build, and launch end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strategically manage and allocate advertising budgets across platforms to ensure the best possible ROI.
  • Own the daily monitoring and optimization of all campaigns, relentlessly working to decrease CPA and boost ROAS.
  • Conduct continuous A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning formulas.
  • Build, manage, and scale various audience segments, including custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize campaigns on the Google Search Network.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports that translate numbers into actionable steps.
  • Collaborate closely with our content and creative team to guide the production of high-performing, platform-native ad creatives.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and updates in the digital advertising landscape.

Who You Are (What You Bring):

  • 0-3 years of hands-on experience in a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer role.
  • Proven, in-depth expertise in managing campaigns and delivering tangible results on all four platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • A highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to read data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV.
  • Proficiency with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and the Conversions API (CAPI).
  • Excellent budget management and goal-setting skills.

  • Previous experience in the e-commerce industry.
