- Coordinate and execute planning activities within the shared services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of operational tasks.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize productivity and meet service level agreements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, schedules, and documentation related to planning activities.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish and English with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in the resolution of operational issues by identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share updates, insights, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
