Job Description

• Lead the architectural design process for large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution within established parameters.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all architectural work aligns with IGI-Group’s sustainability goals and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture to drive innovation within projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing construction documents and specifications.
• Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
