Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, targeting commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of HVAC products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to evaluate client requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC systems.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote company offerings and expand market presence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales of central air conditioning systems.
  • Preferably based in Cairo.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Preferably has previous experience dealing with the pharmaceutical sector or selling HVAC solutions to pharmaceutical plants.
