Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Operations & Sales Manager located in Shiekh Zayed , Egypt. The Clinic Operations & Sales Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves sales management, developing marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. The Manager will also handle scheduling, inventory ma/nagement, and financial reporting, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Clinic Operations Management: experience in managing daily operations, staff oversight, and regulatory compliance
• Sales and Marketing: skills in sales management, developing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth
• Customer Service: ability to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships
• Administrative Skills: scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
