Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and a high level of fluency in English. The role will support the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while helping the company attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Post job openings on various job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates using different tools and techniques (databases, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding activities for new hires.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ATS is a plus.
