E-commerce company located in 6th of October.

 

Lead a team of customer service agents, manage daily operations, resolve complex customer issues, and use data insights to improve service quality and team performance.

Days off: Fridays 

Working hours: from 9 to 6

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer service, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English; a third language is a plus
