Job Description

• Oversee and optimize daily chemical production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, processes, and raw materials.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, maintenance, and R&D to achieve production targets.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
• Supervise and train production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Assist in the scale-up of new products from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
