•Role Description:
A full-time on-site role in which an outstanding customer experience needs to be delivered by handling the customers' inquiries via phone or chat; providing personalized solutions and eventually achieving our problem-solving goal.
•What we are looking for:
- Fluent English is a must!
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and handling abilities
- Grads & Fresh grads
- 0-1 years of experience
•Working Conditions:
- 5 working days - Rotational shifts (9-hours-shift including a 1-hour-break)
- 2 days off
- Max shift for ladies is 10:00 PM
