Job Description

• Collect and analyze data related to the company’s operational costs.
• Set and maintain standard costs for manufactured goods.
• Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects, products, or services.
• Determine the costs of business processes, including administration, labor, logistics, and shipping.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Recommend process and policy improvements to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
• Manage the company’s balance sheet and accounting books.
• Provide cost-based financial advice to executives and upper management.
• Support the accounting team with invoicing and capital expenditure tracking.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification, such as CMA, is preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and financial databases.
• Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
