We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our leadership team and guide our engineering efforts as we scale operations, enhance our proprietary tech stack, and push towards an unparalleled level of efficiency.

Role Overview

As Technical Lead, you will be responsible for assessing existing technology infrastructure and identifying opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of features in core technology systems, including our fulfillment platform, developer APIs, data analytics, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability across all systems.
• Drive end-to-end development of new features in our fulfillment and logistics systems.
• Guide the optimization of infrastructure for performance, monitoring, and cost-efficiency.
• Champion best practices in testing, CI/CD, and system observability.
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with MongoDB and database design for high-volume systems.
• Familiarity with React / Next.js for web platforms.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Heroku/Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on mindset.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with rapid iteration.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD, monitoring, and testing frameworks.
• Experience in a lead/mentorship role.
• Experience building developer APIs and technical documentation.
