*Job description:

1- Craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, to guests in our distinctive on-board restaurants and bars.
2- Create a memorable and engaging guest experience by providing friendly, prompt, and professional service.
3- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking inventory, preparing garnishes, and ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
4- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic and modern cocktail recipes. The ability to suggest pairings and create custom drinks is a significant plus.
5- Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
6- Assist with inventory management and report any supply shortages to the management team.

*Job requirements:

1- 2 to 3 years of previous experience in the food and beverage or Nightlife sector is a Must.
2- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fast-paced or high-end environment.
3- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation is a Must.
4- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
5- Very good level of English speaking and good communication skills with customers.
