Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracts Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Contracts Engineer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The role involves coordinating with project managers, legal teams, and clients, managing contract changes, and maintaining contract documentation. The Contracts Engineer will also monitor contract performance, resolve conflicts and handle claims, and provide guidance on contract-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Knowledge of compliance with regulations and company policies
• Coordination and communication skills to interact with project managers, legal teams, and clients
• Ability to manage contract changes and maintain contract documentation
• Skills in monitoring contract performance, resolving conflicts, and handling claims
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
