Company Description

EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation, and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for HR Team leader for one of our clients, Retail company located in New Cairo.


Role Description:

  • Supervise and lead the HR team in managing daily operations across payroll, personnel, and recruitment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, and benefits.
  • Manage personnel files, contracts, social insurance, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and competencies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • From 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, especially in payroll, personnel, and recruitment.
  • Experience in FMCG or Retail (chocolate, or food & beverage) is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular).
  • New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
