Monglish Academy, a leading online learning academy, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and support our ambitious growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across teaching and non-teaching roles.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position Monglish Academy as an employer of choice.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Lead, or Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong background in strategic hiring, talent sourcing, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience in the education or EdTech sector is a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
