1. Business Orientation & Questionnaire Design

Translate business needs into actionable research questions.

Proficient in using survey tools (e.g, Google Forms) to design questions.Proficient in using survey tools (e.g, Google Forms) to design questionnaire structures and skip logic.

Independently complete questionnaire design and validation.


2. Data Analysis & Visualization

Conduct multi-dimensional and multi-perspective analysis of research data.

Deliver solid, data-driven conclusions.

Present findings with clear visualizations and charts to support communication and decision-making.


3. Localization Insights

Provide cultural and behavioral background information of local smartphone consumers.

Collect and analyze comprehensive local information, including economic, political, geographic, and cultural aspects, to support business decisions


4. Qualitative Research Support

Assist in qualitative studies through translation, note-taking, and information organization.

Identify and fill information gaps during the research process to ensure completeness.


5. Project Quality Control

Supervise and monitor data collection processes.

Ensure accuracy of both online and offline data collection and reliability of samples.

Improve the validity and credibility of research results.


Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Telecommunications, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, or other related fields are preferred.


Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in user research or market research; experience in industries such as consumer electronics (3C), automotive, home appliances, or FMCG, particularly in market or consumer trend research, is a plus.


Research Skills: Familiar with user research principles and methodologies; proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research tools. Capable of independently designing quantitative questionnaires, conducting data analysis, and developing qualitative research guides. Experience in user interviews and moderating focus groups is preferred.


Professional Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; able to use English as a working language. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.


Personal Qualities: Good listener with strong logical thinking and organizational skills; able to draw inferences and apply insights flexibly to meet research needs.
