Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed area sales targets for radiology solutions and medical devices.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and presentations to clients.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry developments, and best practices in medical device sales.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area for client meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Radiology Solutions and Medical Devices industries is a plus
