Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed area sales targets for radiology solutions and medical devices.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and presentations to clients.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry developments, and best practices in medical device sales.
