Job Purpose :

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling the security camera system to ensure the safety and security of the company’s premises, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Report incidents immediately to the security supervisor or management.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
• Ensure that all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.
• Assist in investigations by providing recorded footage when required.
• Follow company security policies and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in security or CCTV monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for long periods.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and computer operation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
