Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support the organization of online events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.

Job Requirements

 

  • Very good experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
